Kid-Safe Productions Cabaret Dinner Theatre
An Evening of Dinner, Comedy, Songs and Theatre to Raise Awareness and Funds for Bullying Prevention and Character Development
Featuring a terrific line-up of performances in:
- Comedy: by our Master of Ceremonies, (TBA)
- Improvisation: from wicked all-girl-and-one-guy comedy troupe The Black Widows
- Music: featuring the compelling songs of folk singer/songwriter Lynn Harrison; the quirky and heartfelt ukulele resonances of Zoe Henderson; jazz stylings of Bill MacLean and Brian Stevens; and others soon to be announced); and
- Theatre: from Kid-Safe Productions Student Theatre Group (soon to be named - see sidebar)

Where: The Dominion on Queen, Kitchen, Jazz, Blues, Comedy and Poetry Restaurant - 500 Queen Street East, Toronto
When: Saturday, May 1st, 2010. Dinner starting at 7:00 with show to follow at 8:00 pm.
Admission: 3 Course Dinner and Show - $40 advance and $45 at the door. Show only - $15 advance and $20 at the door.

Talent Search
Writing and Performing Opportunities for Students
Kid-Safe Productions is now looking for socially conscious students aged 12 - 16 with either some past experience OR just an enthusiastic interest in writing and/or performing!
Must be available to work with our experienced staff, during the month of April, (times and location to be determined). You will be writing and producing a short dramatic piece on Bullying Awareness to be performed at our Annual Fundraiser on May 1st, 2010 (see left)
Performers must be available on May 1st, 2010.
Possibility exists of touring the final product to other schools and venues.
Deadline to Apply: Monday, March 8th, 2010.
Please send us a letter outlining your name, age, interest and/or experience along with why you think this would be a good fit project for you to work on.

Kid-Safe Productions Staff are mandated to carry a valid OESC I.D. card and to have regular police checks.
